代理交易

Students unable to process transactions in person or via 我的ASU may designate another person to process transactions on their behalf by proxy. In compliance with the federal 家庭教育权利和隐私法 of 1974 (also known as FERPA or the Buckley Amendment), the student must sign a release authorizing the processing of transactions by proxy. 学生（不是代理人）对遵守适用的要求、政策和截止日期以及及时支付学杂费负有最终责任。
